Laborer Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and hazardous materials
• Move materials, equipment, and supplies around the site
• Assist skilled tradespeople
• Perform manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying
• Operate hand tools and power tools, such as drills and saws
• Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with other laborers and construction staff to meet project goals
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• OSHA 10 certification required (within 30 days of employment)

Working Conditions:

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Frequent lifting, standing, walking, and climbing
• Exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials
• May work at heights or in confined spaces
• Willingness to travel to construction sites
• Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in all interactions to foster a productive and collaborative work environment

• Basic tool skills and knowledge of construction equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to safety and quality control

Wages/Benefits:

• Hourly wage based on experience and performance, $18-$21 hourly
