Traveling General Laborers & Construction Leads We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are willing to travel out of town for work . We have opportunities available for both General Laborers and Lead/Supervisor positions .

General Laborers Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with general construction and renovation projects Moving materials and equipment Demolition, cleanup, and site preparation Assisting skilled trades as needed Flooring installation assistance and other construction-related tasks Traveling to job sites and working as part of a team

Requirements:

Must be willing and able to travel out of town for work Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations when required Ability to perform physical labor and work on construction sites Construction experience is preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends when necessary Lead Positions We are also seeking experienced Construction Leads who can oversee crews and assist with hands-on work. Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Electrical work General construction and renovations Flooring installation, including VCT/LVT Carpentry and finish work Painting and drywall Fixture, equipment, and material installation Commercial construction or retail remodels

Lead Requirements:

Previous construction leadership or crew lead experience Ability to manage and direct a small crew Ability to read and follow project scopes and instructions Strong problem-solving and communication skills Must be hands-on and willing to work alongside the crew Must be willing to travel out of town for projects Pay will be based on experience and position.
