Seeking workers to help remodel a hotel in Ocala. Job will be at least 2.5 months. If you have some experience that would be helpful. Ideally someone who can perform construction tasks and could possibly learn to do more or manage others. Responsibilities Perform demolition and clean up. Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials and equipment. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision. Help with masonry work, flooring installation, plastering, and other finishing tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience working on construction sites or in related roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Basic carpentry skills including formwork construction, rebar installation, masonry, flooring installation, and plastering are desirable. Pay rate based on experience and productivity.
