We're looking to bring on 1-2 laborers to support upcoming jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real skills in the trades — we're specifically looking to develop one of these positions into a foreman/site superintendent role over time for the right person. What You'll Do Assist with day-to-day tasks on residential remodel and construction job sites Support skilled trades (framing, finish work, etc.) as directed Help with site prep, cleanup, and material handling Learn and grow into more responsibility as skills develop Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle Ability to lift and perform physical labor on job sites Own basic hand tools a plus Preferred Prior construction experience or knowledge of trades Familiarity with common power tools Growth Opportunity We're looking to promote one team member into a foreman/superintendent role as we take on more work — this is a real path, not just a talking point, for someone who shows up, learns fast, and takes ownership.
