Assist in loading and unloading materials, ensuring efficient workflow on the jobsite. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of jobsites, including tools and equipment. Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor tasks consistently throughout the shift. Ability to work from different height elevations Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly for resolution. Able to follow instructions and work well with others. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong problem solving skills and ability to think quick on your feet. Experience Previous experience in a labor or operator role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with operating construction tooling is a plus. Strong understanding of safety practices in a construction jobsite is beneficial. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
