Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled or teachable Construction Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of residential and commercial structures. Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material staging Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively for tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Dig footers, place rebar, pour footers, construct formwork and rebar frameworks for concrete stem walls ensuring proper alignment and stability Install Floor, wall, and roof framing and sheathing Install Windows, Doors, Siding, Trim, Cabinetry, Tile, Painting, Etc... Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment on-site Requirements Knowledge of workplace safety regulations specific to construction environments Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working at heights when necessary Willingness and interest in learning new skills and performing a variety of tasks. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding project requirements. Pay:

$17.50 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 40.0 per week
