WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Foundation Repair Technician, you will be responsible for supporting commercial & residential foundation repair, soil stabilization, or concrete lifting & leveling projects. Career advancement is available. To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to communicate, work hard, and collaborate.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform general construction work, using hand tools, and lifting materials as directed by the site supervisor; Construction work may include any of the following: crawlspace work, outside drilling, pile drilling, machinery operation, or concrete work Understand project schedules, assume additional responsibilities, and work overtime hours as needed to meet project deadlines Work cohesively with team members to exceed client expectations, ensuring a positive work environment Maintain equipment daily to ensure it functions properly and safely Align the work with Helicon's culture and strategic goals — Stay True, Communicate Clearly, Forecast Needs + Outperform Work with the team on mutually agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High School diploma, GED or equivalent At least one year of experience in construction general labor and/ or outdoor work for long hours Reliable transportation, valid FL driver's license, and a clean driving record The ability to be coached and mentored and collaborate within a team environment

WORK SCHEDULE
Varies; will require flexible schedule, with occasional weekends and holidays Local day travel is required Position requires regular overtime Occasional week-long projects out of town (stipend by the company)

Work near or with moving mechanical parts - Frequently Outdoor weather conditions - Frequently Moderate-Loud Noise
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift/carry/push or pull up to 50 pounds Must be able to hear equipment operating, alarms sounding, traffic, telephones Ability to see clearly at 20 inches/50 centimeters or less and at 20 feet/6 meters or more
