Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Laborer. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with a type-A boss. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas throughout the day. Requirements Previous experience in labor or construction-related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
