Job Summary:

The Irrigation Laborer supports the field crew with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. This is a hands-on, physical position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. No prior experience required—just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Dig trenches and assist with pipe installation and repairs Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites Hand tools to technicians and assist with system components Backfill and clean up job sites after work is completed Operate basic hand and power tools safely Follow instructions from lead technicians and supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work truck and tool setup Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and humidity Reliable transportation to and from work Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work hard Able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, dig, and stand for long periods No experience necessary—will train the right candidate

Preferred But Not Required:

Previous landscape, construction, or irrigation experience Basic understanding of tools and outdoor labor
