Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Vinyl Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise installation of vinyl materials across various projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, technical proficiency, and the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to innovative installations while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. When you are not installing the vinyl, you will be helping with the outside projects of sign installation! Must be good with working inside or outside. Duties Measure, cut, and prepare vinyl materials according to project specifications and technical drawings Help installing outside signage as needed, digging holes and pouring concrete Install vinyl surfaces with attention to detail, ensuring proper adhesion and alignment Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and installation instructions accurately Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment mechanics skills to facilitate installation processes Conduct electrical diagnostics when necessary for integrated systems or specialized installations Perform routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on equipment used during installation Use testing devices such as ohmmeters to verify electrical connections and system integrity Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Proven experience with vinyl installation or related trades such as flooring or wall coverings Proven Experience with construction like sign installation Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in heavy equipment mechanics preferred Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications Technical proficiency with tools including ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in a construction or manufacturing setting Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated professional with a passion for precision craftsmanship and technical expertise, we encourage you to apply today.
