Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile General Construction Laborer to join our maintenance team. In this hands on role, you will be responsible for providing services and repairs on residential rental properties. You will be responsible for managing equipment and maintaining a safe environment while providing quality work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and assist with project management. Must have experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities Perform repairs involving home repairs Experience with tools that are required for handyman operations Ability to travel and arrive timely to scheduled maintence appointments Assist with facilities management tasks such as maintaining a safe environment and general upkeep to ensure an organized operation Demonstrating leadership skills while coordinating tasks efficiently Provide excellent customer service by addressing client or tenant concerns promptly and professionally Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or general handyman roles within residential or manufacturing settings Strong mechanical knowledge on home repairs and providing solutions Experience with drywall installation, painting, caulking, light plumbing, carpentry, window and door repairs. Excellent communication skills in coordination with team members and clients.

Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
