Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with construction and maintenance projects
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Small engine and pump repairs
- Hydraulic rams, hoses, and pumps repairs
- Pressure washing repairs experience helpful
- Possible sandblasting and painting
Experience:
- Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
