Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mobile Home Installer to join our team. You will be working with our experienced crew of installers moving homes safely, blocking and anchoring, putting double wides together, and ensuring each project meets quality standards and safety protocols. We are a fast growing company with lots of oppotunities to advance your career. (We work in 14 counties in mid west Florida) Responsibilities Safley moving homes on sales lots and jobsites. Blocking, anchoring, installing LXL systems, changing tires/axles/tongues, mating up and racking doublewides, some roof and siding repair, using hand tools and power tools. Operate skid steer or Translifts for site preparation or material handling when necessary. Maintain a safe and professional work environment while adhering to all safety procedures Skills Manufactured home/mobile home, or modular home installation experience. Hard worker with experience in outdoor construction. General construction experience. Experience with heavy equipment CDL or good driver's license is a plus.
