Responsibilities Assist in interpreting construction plans and blueprints to execute project specifications accurately Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as concrete mixers and concrete pumps safely and efficiently Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create durable structures Install rebar, metal studs, drywall, stucco, tile, flooring, and other building materials following technical drawings and specifications Conduct masonry work including bricklaying, stonework, and restoration tasks as needed Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on-site Support the installation of heavy-duty components like concrete forms and steel reinforcement while adhering to blueprint specifications Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and machinery confidently Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans for accurate implementation of project details Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and related masonry techniques Knowledge of construction estimating processes for material needs and project timelines Familiarity with safety protocol adherence specific to construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance Ability to interpret technical specifications related to rebar installation, metal stud framing, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration work Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills along with power tools required for heavy lifting and precise work Join us if you're passionate about building quality structures while maintaining a safe work environment!
