Residential Construction Crew Leader Everbilt Construction LLC
  • Blairsville, GA Pay:
    $28.00
  • 35.00 per hour (based on experience) Everbilt Construction is hiring a Crew Leader to lead residential construction projects throughout North Georgia. This position is for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and producing quality work. You'll work alongside our Operations and Project Management team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities
  • Lead a residential construction crew on a variety of projects.
  • Coordinate daily work to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain high standards for quality and safety.
  • Train and mentor crew members.
  • Communicate material needs, project progress, and field issues.
  • Ensure jobsites remain organized and professional.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of residential construction experience.
  • Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience with framing, roofing, siding, decks, or structural repairs.
  • Ability to read plans and work independently.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. We're Looking for Someone Who
