We're looking for motivated Laborers to join our Water and Sewer Utility crew for work in the Bonaire, GA area . In this role, you'll assist with the installation of water mains, sanitary sewer lines, and service connections, supporting excavation, pipe laying, and general site work. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow in the construction field. Role & Responsibility Assist with installation of water mains, sewer lines, manholes, and service connections Perform trench digging, pipe bedding, backfilling, and compaction Handle pipe, fittings, materials, tools, and equipment Help set up and move trench boxes and other trench safety systems Assist with grade checks, pressure testing, and site restoration Follow all safety rules and crew instructions Employment Requirements Construction or utility work experience preferred (not required) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather Ability to work safely in and around trenches and heavy equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Flexibility to travel when projects require What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience with overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Training and advancement opportunities
