Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical labor, and a willingness to learn new skills. Construction and welding experience are preferred but not required, as on the job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general construction tasks as assigned, including site preparation, cleanup and material handling. Assist with welding and fabrication projects under supervision. Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Lift and move heavy materials or equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks on time. Be available to work weekends when required.
Requirement:
Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions. Reliable transportation to job site. Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed. Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in construction, welding or related fields. Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in construction or welding.
