Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday•Friday 7:00 AM•5:00 pm Build Your Career with Us We're looking for hardworking, motivated individuals who are ready to build a career in the construction industry. As a Construction Laborer, you'll work alongside an experienced team on a variety of construction projects, helping prepare job sites, perform general labor, and support skilled trades throughout each phase of construction. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform general labor duties on active construction sites. Assist with preparing and cleaning job sites before, during, and after construction activities. Support concrete and foundation work, including footing preparation and rebar installation. Assist with excavation and grading activities. Safely operate hand tools and construction equipment as assigned. Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. The Ideal Candidate Has at least 7 months to 1 year of experience working on a construction site. Takes initiative and is willing to carry their share of the workload. Is observant, learns quickly, and understands the sequence of construction activities. Is motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop new skills. Works well independently while contributing to a team environment. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Candidates who possess the following experience will stand out: Experience pouring concrete footings. Experience tying rebar. Knowledge of footing layout. Experience operating a mini excavator efficiently. Familiarity with setting grades on construction projects. Basic Requirements Minimum of 7 months to 1 year of construction experience. Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
