Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Laborer to support demolition and abatement projects. This role is vital in assisting with the safe and efficient removal of building materials, debris, and hazardous substances, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet safety standards. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diverse construction activities while contributing to impactful renovation and restoration projects. About the role Support ALII crews with demolition, site cleanup, material handling, and load-out. What you'll do Demolition support, debris removal, site cleanup, and staging outside containment Load and unload trucks and roll-off containers; keep the yard and site orderly Assist with containment setup outside the regulated area Follow all safety directions from the foreman What you need (required) Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Nice to have Prior construction/demolition labor OSHA 10 Valid driver's license Bilingual (English/Spanish)
