Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl materials Measure, cut, and shape vinyl materials accurately to fit specific vehicle or surface contours Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as airless paint sprayers and buffing machines to install vinyl wraps and graphics seamlessly Apply auto glass or auto body film with precision, ensuring smooth finishes without bubbles or wrinkles Perform vehicle maintenance tasks related to vinyl installation, including minor repairs and touch-ups Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to meet project specifications and deadlines Requirements Proven experience in dealership auto body repair, auto painting, or vehicle detailing is highly desirable Hands-on experience with welding, auto restoration, or mechanic work is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge combined with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto estimating, and heavy lifting techniques Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during installations Prior experience with auto dealership environments or similar settings is preferred Join us if you're passionate about transforming vehicles through expert vinyl installation!
