  • Full-time We are a growing general contracting company seeking a dependable, experienced Skilled Laborer / Foreman to join our team.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work independently while leading a crew when needed. We complete residential and commercial construction projects, so versatility and a strong work ethic are essential. Responsibilities Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, and finish work Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members when assigned Maintain a safe and organized job site Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients professionally Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards Assist with material planning and job site logistics Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience preferred Previous foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction Ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions OSHA certification is a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Steady, year-round work Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment with quality-focused projects
