The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Help with the installation of structures and fixtures as needed.
