Position Full-Time Painters / Laborers What We're Looking For Dependable and hardworking individuals who can work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills Positive attitude with good communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Drug-free and able to pass a pre-employment screening Comfortable working at heights Education High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience At least 1 year of painting experience is a plus, but not required—we provide on-the-job training Work Location Job sites vary; employees must arrive ready to work at scheduled times Occasional off-island projects may be required Schedule Hours vary depending on project needs Pay Starting pay is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
