Contract Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Employers Options is seeking a General Laborer to join a growing and dynamic construction team! Assist with general construction activities and daily jobsite operations Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment Assist skilled tradespeople with carpentry, demolition, installation, and other construction tasks Perform basic site preparation and cleanup Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites; remove debris and excess materials Measure, cut, move, and stage basic construction materials under supervision Assist with deliveries and receiving of construction materials Safely operate basic hand and power tools when trained and authorized Assist with setup and breakdown of work areas Follow directions from Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and skilled tradespeople Identify and report unsafe conditions or potential hazards Assist with project completion, punch-list items, and final cleanup

Position Requirements:

Hard skills: Basic understanding of construction tools and materials preferred; ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools when trained; valid driver's license preferred; OSHA or other construction safety training a plus; ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Soft skills: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn; dependable and punctual; ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team; able to work independently when assigned tasks; good communication skills; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and active jobsite conditions Employers Options is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
