You'll follow the project foreman's direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. Compensation:

$25 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean Work with your crew through all stages of the project to make sure that the job is done efficiently Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project Clear away any trash, debris, or hazardous materials to prep the site before construction begins Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project

Qualifications:

Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred Knowledge of basic engineering and construction laborer methods is preferred, but we will provide training Needs to be good at following directions and complete tasks, both independently and on a team A high school diploma or GED is preferred Must have excellent hand-eye coordination, good balance, and have the physical strength to be able to do the work About Company Coastal View Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience by adhering to our guiding principles.
