Full Time Must be Available Monday- Saturday (Alternating Saturdays/Mondays) (Possibly Over Time) Responsible for the unloading and off-loading of customers' personal goods and for the safe transport of all personal/commercial items from point of origin to the point of destination while providing excellent customer service. Position responsibility may not be limited to only home deliveries; some warehousing work will be required when needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities- While on the road, directly responsible for reporting all unsafe conditions at a job site to the crew leader. Check manifest and mark merchandise for delivery to customers. Check for any damages and help driver load the truck according to manifest. Prepare merchandise for delivery and ensure necessary equipment is taken to protect merchandise and customer's property. Assist driver with moving customer items/merchandise Stencil all incoming van packs and weigh any van packs that come back from the job sites. Log in all items received at the warehouse. Put haul away back in the truck after each delivery as applicable and set up for next delivery. Upon return to dock, place haul away into the container and clean out truck for trash. Perform other duties within the warehouse when not scheduled on the road as directed by the crew leader and/or Supervisor.
