Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This position focuses on remodeling projects, and the ideal candidate will have basic construction knowledge, but no prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist with various tasks related to home remodeling projects Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, tiling, and other construction-related duties Safely use tools and equipment Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate effectively with team members and clients Follow company guidelines and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Basic knowledge of construction techniques is preferred, but not required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work well in a team environment Positive attitude and punctuality
