We travel throughout Iowa maintaining, repairing, and resurfacing tennis and pickleball courts. If you enjoy working outdoors, using your hands, operating tools, traveling, and being part of a team , this is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on construction experience.
TRAVEL & OVERNIGHT STAYS
Overnight travel is required for some projects. Our crews may travel to different areas of Iowa and occasionally stay overnight when project schedules require it. The company pays for approved overnight accommodations and travel-related expenses. Employees are not responsible for company-required hotel expenses. If you're comfortable traveling and staying overnight with the crew when needed, we'd love to have you on our team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with tennis and pickleball court resurfacing, repairs, and maintenance Help with preparation, painting, sealing, and other court surface work Operate hand tools and power tools Assist with power washers, buffers, and other small equipment Help with construction and court improvement projects Assist with surrounding landscaping and site work as needed Travel to job sites throughout Iowa Stay overnight when required by project schedules Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow company safety procedures and work as part of a team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Dependable and willing to work hard Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Construction or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Good attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors for extended periods Valid driver's license is a plus
