Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer/Installer, where you will play a vital role in bringing building projects to life! This energetic position involves assisting with various installation and construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You'll work alongside skilled tradespeople and project managers, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to diverse construction and remodeling initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials such as tile, masonry, drywall, fixtures, gutters, and roofing components following blueprint specifications and construction plans. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for tasks including framing, caulking, trimming, plastering, flooring installation, and concrete finishing. Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fit and alignment of materials. Support heavy equipment operation when necessary for material handling or site preparation. Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, restoration work, or custom fabrication tasks while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Experience Prior experience in construction or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or drywall installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with bluebeam software or construction management tools is a plus for project coordination. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, or tile masonry enhances your versatility on the job site. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools; experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites including ladder use and proper handling of materials. Excellent communication skills for customer service interactions when working directly with clients or project stakeholders.
