We're looking for experienced Skilled Laborers with backgrounds in construction, traffic control, or pavement markings who are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to build a long-term career with a growing company. What You'll Do:
Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices according to project specs and DOT standards Lead or assist in overseeing temporary traffic control on active job sites Safely operate trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment (manual and automatic) Install, maintain, and repair traffic signs and other control devices Complete daily documentation and quantity tracking Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors Train and guide entry-level crew members when needed
Requirements:
General Construction or traffic control experience Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work nights and Saturdays as needed
