In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring tools are properly stored. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Support the team in completing projects on time by adhering to schedules and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. Must be able to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment.
