Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Perform basic carpentry, post frame buildings, and site cleanup tasks to support ongoing projects Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision, following all safety protocols Support the installation of structural components such as framing, drywall, or flooring as directed Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure quality work and adherence to project specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold safety standards Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Basic understanding of construction processes and safety procedures Ability to follow detailed instructions and work well within a team environment Good communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively with supervisors and colleagues Willingness to learn new skills and operate different types of tools and equipment Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided This role is paid, offering valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.
