We do NOT mow lawns, pull weeds, plant flowers, or do routine yard maintenance. We build precision, tour-grade golf installations that require craftsmanship and physical grit. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working laborer ready to learn a specialized trade. We will fully train the right person. If you can handle heavy physical labor, pay attention to the details, and show up on time every single day, you will move up fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Base Prep & Sub-Base:

Shoveling crushed rock, wheelbarrow hauling, hand tamping, and running heavy plate compactors.

Precision Grading:

Screeding rock base to exact laser grades and sculpting green slopes.

Synthetic Turf Work:

Moving heavy turf rolls, precise cutting, seaming, and gluing turf lines.

Finish Detail:

Cutting and setting regulation cups, spreading silica sand infill, and power-brooming.

Site Care:

Maintain clean tools and keep customer properties spotless.

REQUIREMENTS

(NON-NEGOTIABLE): Valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to travel to job sites daily.

Serious physical stamina:

Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly and work 8-10 hour days outdoors in the heat.

Absolute punctuality:

If start time is 7:00 AM, you are on site and ready to work at 6:55 AM.

Detail-oriented:

Precision cuts, clean glue seams, and dead-flat grading make or break our finished greens. Construction, concrete, hardscaping, flatwork, or grading background is a major plus, but a solid work ethic comes first.

WHAT WE OFFER

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour based on hands-on experience and hustle. Weekly direct-deposit pay. Project completion cash bonuses.
