Experienced Construction Laborer We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, represents the company professionally, and brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to grow. This position is a great opportunity for someone with solid construction industry knowledge who can work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate leadership on the job site. What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in construction or a related trade
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, materials, and job-site procedures

- Perform site preparation and job-site cleanup
- Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
- Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and properly
- Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed
- Read and follow plans, blueprints, specifications, and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements
- Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other job-site personnel
- Take ownership of assigned work and complete tasks to a high standard
- Help maintain a professional and positive job-site environment Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, and working outdoors
- Must follow all safety guidelines and procedures
- Must properly use required PPE and safety equipment Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Construction experience and demonstrated industry knowledge
- Ability to work safely with hand and power tools

Pay:
$20- 25/hour based on experience and qualifications
