• Perform site preparation and job-site cleanup
• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials
• Operate a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and properly
• Assist skilled tradespeople and other crew members as needed
• Read and follow plans, blueprints, specifications, and instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company procedures and all applicable safety requirements
• Wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and other job-site personnel
• Take ownership of assigned work and complete tasks to a high standard
• Help maintain a professional and positive job-site environment Physical & Safety Requirements
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 100 pounds
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying, climbing, and working outdoors
• Must follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Must properly use required PPE and safety equipment Required Qualifications
• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto insurance
• Clean background check
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Construction experience and demonstrated industry knowledge
• Ability to work safely with hand and power tools
