Construction Laborer King Construction - Iowa Falls, IA Full-time | 40-45 hours per week | Pay based on experience About King Construction King Construction is growing, and we are looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our construction team. We are hiring Construction Laborers to assist with a variety of commercial and general construction projects. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience in multiple areas of construction. You do not need to be an expert in every area. We are looking for people who are willing to work, willing to learn, and take pride in doing the job right. Job Responsibilities Assist with commercial and general construction projects Help with metal building construction, siding, and roofing Assist with concrete work and site preparation Perform basic carpentry, framing, and general construction tasks Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and other equipment Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Work alongside experienced crew members and follow direction from foremen Follow company safety policies and OSHA requirements Perform other general construction duties as assigned Qualifications Previous construction experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Experience using hand tools, power tools, or construction equipment is a plus Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn new skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and work safely Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, climbing, standing, and working outdoors Valid driver's license Experience isn't everything.
