About the Role Pro Seal Solutions is growing and looking for reliable, hard‑working individuals to join our field crew. This is a hands‑on construction labor position supporting our Team Leads with insulation, concrete, framing, excavation, and general job‑site tasks. No two days are the same — if you like physical work and learning new skills, this is for you. What You'll Do Assist with foundation work, concrete, insulation, and coating support Help with concrete form and pour work (flat & vertical) Perform manual excavation and job‑site cleanup Load/unload materials and maintain tools/equipment Follow safety procedures, including elevated and confined‑space work Travel to remote job sites as needed (occasionally overnight) What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Basic construction experience preferred Experience with Bobcats/mini‑excavators is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Willingness to obtain CDL‑B (training provided) Schedule Full‑time Monday-Friday Occasional weekends/holidays depending on workload Pay & Benefits $16-$23/hr depending on experience Paid training Health insurance 401(k) + company match Paid time off Opportunities for advancement Additional certifications available Why Join Us?
