Key Responsibilities Clean residential and commercial windows (interior and exterior) using squeegees, water-fed poles, and specialized cleaning solutions. Safely set up, transport, and climb ladders (up to [2 or 3] stories). Provide friendly, professional service to homeowners and business managers, ensuring a 5-star experience. Efficiently manage your daily route and keep company equipment organized and clean. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Qualifications & Requirements No experience required (prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, landscaping, or physical labor is a plus!). Must be comfortable with physical labor, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and working on ladders/heights. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a positive, team-first attitude. Outstanding punctuality and reliability—our clients count on us to show up on time.
