Join Our Team! We are seeking experienced Construction Laborers to join our team on a major project in Boise, Idaho. This project is expected to last approximately one year and will involve the assembly and installation of steel-framed structures and related building components. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled construction professionals looking for steady, full-time project work with prevailing wage compensation . Qualifications Install and assemble structural steel framing and related components. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications. Lay out, align, level, and secure structural components. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, lifts, and other construction equipment safely. Work from elevated work platforms as required. Assist with material handling, staging, and installation activities. Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Coordinate with foremen, project managers, crane operators, and other trades. Perform other construction and installation duties as assigned. Experience in commercial construction is preferred, especially with steel or tent structures. Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to report to work. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Willingness to work overtime as project demands require.
