Role Summary We are seeking a reliable , hardworking General Laborer to join our field crew. This entry-level role performs physical landscaping and general site labor. The primary requirement for this position is consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities General Landscaping:
Perform plant installation, sod laying, bed preparation, mulching, raking, sweeping, and jobsite cleanup.
Garden Maintenance:
Assist with weeding, pruning, seasonal leaf removal, and general plant care.
General Labor Support:
Assist with hand excavation, grading, soil prep, and heavy material staging (dirt, gravel, pavers).
Tools & Safety:
Safely operate basic hand and power tools (shovels, rakes, trimmers, blowers). Maintain proper PPE and follow jobsite safety guidelines at all times.
Site Care:
Respect client property, keep work areas clean, and follow instructions from the Crew Leader. Requirements Reliability (Top Priority): Dependable transportation, excellent attendance, and consistently showing up on time.
Physical Capability:
Ability to perform manual outdoor labor in various weather conditions, including continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Team Player:
Strong willingness to learn, take direction well, and maintain a positive attitude.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license preferred. Preferred Experience Any prior experience in general labor, landscaping, gardening, construction, or outdoor work is a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
