The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying vinyl wraps to a variety of vehicles and surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of vinyl wrapping techniques. The Vinyl Wrap Installer will work closely with clients and team members to deliver professional results in a fast-paced environment. We aim to do team lunches every couple of weeks and also do a team-building outing once a quarter such as camping, boating, golfing, go-karts, etc... Quarterly bonuses are also distributed based on performance throughout the year. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal adhesion of vinyl wraps Measure and cut vinyl materials accurately to fit specific vehicle or surface dimensions Apply vinyl wraps smoothly and precisely, avoiding bubbles, wrinkles, or imperfections Use specialized tools and techniques to stretch, trim, and finish wraps for a seamless appearance Inspect completed work for quality control and make necessary adjustments or corrections Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times Communicate effectively with clients to understand their design preferences and provide expert advice Keep up-to-date with the latest vinyl wrapping trends, tools, and materials Experience Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on experience in vinyl wrapping or related automotive customization fields. A proven track record of delivering high-quality vinyl wrap installations is essential. Familiarity with various types of vinyl materials, tools, and surface preparation techniques is required. Strong attention to detail, patience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued qualities for this role.
