Construction Laborer - Full-Time | Year-Round | Coeur d'Alene, Idaho $20-$26/hr DOE | Paid Time Off Build Smart Northwest Inc. is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented laborer to join our construction crew full-time. This is a great opportunity to work year-round on multi-family residential projects in the Coeur d'Alene area , learn valuable skills, and grow with a trusted local builder. What You'll Do Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Assist with material handling—load and unload tools, lumber, and supplies Operate hand and power tools under supervision Support skilled tradespeople and follow directions accurately Learn new tasks and construction techniques on the job Contribute to a team that takes pride in building efficiently and safely What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Focused on safety and following proper protocols Able to lift 50-75 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the day Works well with others— team player with a positive attitude Clean and presentable appearance Detail-oriented and willing to learn Has reliable transportation Construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Why Work With Us?
