Job Description

Build Amazing Outdoor Spaces (Not Just Another Job) Latitude Landscape & Irrigation is growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to build projects they're proud of—not just punch a clock. One week you might be building a luxury flagstone patio overlooking a lake. The next week you're installing landscape lighting, irrigation systems, retaining walls, or operating equipment. Every project is different, and every day is hands-on. We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time. Works hard even when it's hot. Takes pride in doing quality work. Wants to learn new skills. Enjoys working outdoors instead of being stuck behind a desk. Experience with landscaping, construction, concrete, excavation, or hardscapes is a plus—but a great attitude is worth even more. What you'll do: Build paver and flagstone patios. Install irrigation systems. Construct retaining walls. Operate equipment and power tools. Help create outdoor spaces our clients will enjoy for years. Why work with us? Competitive pay based on experience. Opportunity for raises and promotions. Learn valuable construction and equipment skills. Work with a small crew where your effort actually matters. We promote from within—leadership opportunities are available for employees who prove themselves. If you're the type of person who likes building things, solving problems, and seeing the finished product at the end of the day, we'd love to meet you. Bring your work ethic. We'll help you build the rest.
