Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools Support skilled workers by holding, measuring, and aligning materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and securing tools and equipment Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe workplace for all team members Operate basic power tools under supervision and report any equipment issues promptly Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday to ensure readiness for the next phase of construction Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is preferred but not required Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not mandatory Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand, lift, bend, and carry for extended periods Embark on an exciting career journey where your effort directly contributes to building communities!
