We're looking for a Rebuild Team Lead who shares that same spirit: someone who leads with confidence, works with excellence, and understands that restoring a home means restoring a family's peace of mind. In this role, you'll guide a rebuild crew through residential and commercial insurance restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, timely completion, and a job site culture that reflects our values. You're not just managing tasks — you're setting the tone for how we work and who we are. If you're an experienced tradesperson who's ready to step into detail oriented service we would love to meet you! Our work schedule is Monday through Friday with worksite arrival being 730am. You are expected to have basic tools but we provide everything else. You need to have a reliable vehicle to get to work but there is some carpooling available from the shop in CDA to outlier jobsites. Most of our work is in Spokane. We complete all forms of work relating to insurance reconstruction including but not limited to drywall, painting, framing, cabinetry, flooring, millwork, siding, roofing, etc.
