Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and moving materials to support project progress Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like mixing concrete, installing fixtures, or assisting with measurements Help with site cleanup and waste removal to ensure a tidy work environment Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, Laser leveling experience Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus Knowledge of basic safety procedures on construction sites is advantageous Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team successJoin us in building something great!
