Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Construction Laborer to join our site crew for ongoing residential and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will perform hands-on labor, operate standard power tools, assist with site prep and concrete work, and adhere strictly to site safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Site Preparation:
Clear debris, transport materials, and set up safety barriers/staging areas in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Tools & Equipment:
Safely operate common hand and power tools for framing, material installation, and basic site maintenance.
Concrete & Structural Support:
Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, formwork setup, finishing, and rebar or metal stud installation under supervision.
Trades Assistance:
Support skilled tradespeople with basic masonry, framing, tile laying, dry-walling, and roofing duties as assigned.
Equipment Operation:
Assist with heavy equipment setup and material handling (e.g., concrete pumps, lifts) following proper safety protocols.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized job site and strictly wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Minimum Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs), standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Basic familiarity with common hand and power tools. Strong commitment to workplace safety and following instructions. Reliable transportation to job sites. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working on a residential or commercial construction site. Experience with basic framing, concrete finishing, or masonry. Ability to read basic job site blueprints or technical schematics. Certification or experience operating heavy equipment or concrete pumps.
Pay:
$25.68 - $30.93 per hour
