We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team immediately. Job Responsibilities Assist with remodeling and renovation projects Demolition and site preparation Load, unload, and transport construction materials Lift and carry heavy materials and equipment Assist carpenters and other trades as needed Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow company safety standards and procedures Requirements Must be fluent in English and Spanish Must be available to start immediately Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability Remodeling or construction experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and walking throughout the workday Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time employment Please apply only if you are genuinely interested in the position, available to start immediately, and committed to working in a physically demanding remodeling environment.
