Sanders Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Assist with construction, remodeling, renovation, and repair projects at company facilities. Perform general demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and material handling. Install, repair, and maintain drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, doors, shelving, fixtures, and other building components. Assist with basic carpentry, painting, concrete work, and general building maintenance. Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Follow project plans, work orders, and supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks. Comply with all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Travel to various company locations as needed to complete assigned projects.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction, building maintenance, remodeling, or a related trade preferred. Basic knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety practices. Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools. Able to stand for 5 hours Able to lift 40 lbs
