Duties Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, ensuring safety and organization at all times Operate hand tools, power tools and equipment safely to perform tasks pertaining to framing, drywall, paint, masonry and more. Perform tasks related to carpentry including trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, framing, and drywall finishing Maintain a clean job site by organizing materials and disposing of debris properly Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is highly preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous Hands-on experience with various tools including hand tools and power tools is essential Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites is required Experience with construction estimating or inspection is a plus but not mandatory Join us in shaping the future through skilled craftsmanship!
