Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Worker and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge. As a Construction Worker, you will actively participate in all phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every step. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver exceptional results while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment. Duties Assist in interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete mixers safely and effectively to perform tasks such as , cutting, finishing, and formwork construction. Construct formwork for concrete pouring and ensure proper concrete mixing, placement, finishing, and curing processes are followed. Execute tasks related to heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, roofing installation, caulking, and restoration projects while adhering to all safety regulations. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately to guide construction activities on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following strict safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of construction workplace safety regulations. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and technical drawing analysis. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery including heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as carpentry (including frame carpentry), roofing, Familiarity with construction estimating processes and working on diverse projects like renovations or restorations is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting while maintaining safety standards at all times. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or ability to operate vehicles required for site transportation when necessary. Pay:
$22.35 - $23.80 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
